An example of the type of build up of Pigeon Manure is shown above. We will undertake to remove the manure and disinfect and clean all areas affected as can be seen in the second photograph. |
Pigeons cause problems around industrial and city buildings, farms and homes by roosting and nesting on ledges and in barns. Droppings are messy and quite acidic, causing damage to equipment, and defacing building surfaces and other structures. In addition, pigeon manure may harbor a variety of disease-causing bacteria and fungi, posing a serious disease problem to anyone coming in contact with the manure. |
Gutters and drainpipes may become blocked, leading to flooding and associated problems. Pavements, ladders and fire escapes may be made unsafe because of the potential for slipping on droppings. |
